The deadline for the Doubletree hotel reservation is Thursday, May 7th, 2009.
When making reservations by phone, please let the hotel know that you are a member of the Kennedy Recycling Workshop to receive the federal government rate of $106. If making a reservation online, please enter the code, KRW, in the Group/Convention Code box under Special Accounts. This will automatically set the federal government rate for the reservation. If you are planning on arriving prior to May 18th or staying later than May 22, please make your reservations by phone to receive the discounted rates for the duration of your stay.
Directions from Orlando International Airport to Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral
After leaving the Orlando International Airport, take the exit which indicates East to SR528 (Beachline) toward Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, and Kennedy Space Center. Follow directions to Cocoa and Cocoa Beach continuing on SR528 (Do not follow directions to SR407 to Titusville/Kennedy Space Center.) Continue East on SR528 which eventually turns into A1A. Continue South on A1A to Cocoa Beach.
