Federal Acquisition Subpart 23.4  This subpart prescribes policies and procedures for acquiring Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-designated products through affirmative procurement programs required by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA) and Executive Order 13101.

+ Code of Federal Regulation Title 40  The Code of Federal Regulations is a publication established by Act of Congress (44 U.S.C. ยง 1510). It represents a compilation of all the regulations issued by Federal administrative agencies that have "general applicability and legal effect." As a consequence the contents of the CFR cover a wide range of subjects, which applies to Recycling Affirmative Procurement.
